Payment products
Accepted methods of payment for the moment:
For individuals - the payment method is "cash on delivery" - the products are paid to the courier company representative.
For legal persons will be paid by bank transfer, according to the invoice received by email, followed by the original invoice sent in the package.
The order will be processed after making the payment - confirmed by fax or email

Payment will be made at delivery of the jewels.

Delivery
All our products are in stock and will arrive to you in a short a time.
Delivery is made in Romania, by mail or by express courier service.
Product delivery is free for orders above 150 RON
For orders less than 150lei delivery cost 13 RON
For Bucharest delivery time is 1-2 days, 2-3 days for bigger cities and for small towns the duration is 3-4 days.
Delivery is made between 9-16 from Monday to Friday. For special requests - it will be charged an extra fee of 10 RON from Monday to Friday later than 16, and for Saturday and Sunday the extra fee is of 15 RON.
For any changes regarding the delivery - please mention it in email, when you place the order.
For products that require pre-order, or for products which are not in stock, delivery will be made after receipt of them in stock.
Returns
You can return any product ordered from our shop within 10 days, without penalty and without having to answer any question regarding the reason you took this decision.
The only condition is that the product to be in the same condition as it was delivered (to have tags attached, original packaging and documents that have accompanied it).
Within 30 days after returning, we will return the value of the order on your account or by money order.
The cost of returning will be borne by the customer and can use any shipping service preferred by the customer.
It will not return the costs for transport.
